Ok think it time to open up about how i really feel. I dont really want anything of Belial's cause to be onest it has been a very painful week for me as i and Skullo have spent most of it in tears. As for one thing i can not stand losing friends (And yes im sure you miss bel as much as me and Skullo do) We are not just after items as it feel like thats the way its come across. All i care about is Belial and how he is. Yeh bel says he'll pop on forum from time to time but its not the same.I just want Belial to be happy in r/l and if anyone feels the same they'll want that to.

Micky has helped me put the portion of the stuff that I'm holding onto my nub, where it can remain for the time being. I think Knifey's idea is basically sound. I'd had much the same idea myself, but couldn't face organising it due to the fact it was griefing me every time I looked at the stuff. Hence my desire to get rid of it as soon as possible.

Probably it would be best if we held fire for few days until we are all thinking a bit straighter and less upset, lest we make a bad call here. Let's post some suggestions as to how best to proceed.

I agree with you Knifey.. Disribute through Guild hunts. It seems a much fairer, and 'easier' way to let the guild benefit from his hard work.

just had a great idia if u dont like my other idia we could have like a lottery u all pick numbers then sum1 makes a top with sum numbers on it and the person who has the most numbers on the top get 2 take a item of him chouce hope u like it

Okay guys, some good ideas here, well done. Putting them together, I've come up with the following...

I propose two "scavenger hunts", Belly's gear to be divided up and given as prizes. Items to be collected will be in the nature of, say, 10 stige legs, so that all can take part, yet the random dropping of such items will mean an element of luck. The hunts will be strictly timebound, with a specific start and finish point which must be returned to before time runs out to prevent disqualification . Exact items required will not be revealed until just before the hunt begins to prevent cheating. I would need one other person (preferably someone on the council) to come up with half the scavenge list so that I can also take part without anyone thinking it's a fix

Feedback needed here please as to whether this is a good idea or not, suggestions for improvement / refinement etc.

Guys do not feel bad about using my items... it is ok I been playing for quite some time now and you guys are all good friends

It would be a waist to not use the items, and if possible I would prefer you to give them to guild members rather then sell them.

If you guys use my items, it would be like I have helped you even when it was time for me to leave.

Lara, skullo.... I am doing great, do not worry Working hard for my future home so do not be upset miss you guys online but I got priorities at the moment.

I would like if possible that items are spread to participating members.... the way we used to do it.... you help... you get an item.... being it just a guild hunt at random (org by councel member) or being it a guild hunt to maybe get a needed item..... Quests are great too...

I will let you guys judge.....

Thanks for posting to the thread Joe, and glad to hear you are doing well Looks like we were thinking along the right lines then

Think we'll go with the scavenger hunt idea, which seems to be the fairest. Winner will get first choice and so on down the line. As there are a lot of items, when every participant has had their pick, we'll go back to the winner and start again till all has gone. Hopefully that way everyone should get at least a couple of items each.

To keep in the spirit of the event, I trust everyone will pick items that they can, or will, be able to use rather than the most expensive item

also with scavenger hunts i expect no cheating - buying of items will be strictly forbidden and i will personally take offence if you do. The idea is to have some fun in memory of belial.

Lol well 2 months or more down the line, and Storm and I still have Belly's gear. Question is :- are enough people up for the scavenger hunt thingy any more ? I appreciate most Athanatusians are now playing WOW but would they be prepared to turn up ? Or do we have any other suggestions for the distribution of said gear ? Like I put the gear in a random order allocating it hidden numbers and we choose one till it's all gone (yeah it's lame, but I'm tired )

Do please respond ladies and gents, Storm is currently in another guild and both he and I need to make room, and we don't want the gear to go to waste.
