From a conversation I was having with Knifer yesterday, I thought that this was worth a mention:
Whilst we all enjoy playing Soma, there comes a time when people decide that enough is enough and hang up their hero armour for the last time

I can understand this ( I have even considered it myself once or twice recently) and it is only a game after all. People's real lives move on, circumstances change, etc.
Where this is all leading is a request really - anyone who does leave the game and doesnt intend to come back any more - please consider bequiething your stuff to the guild as a fairwell donation before you go.
This sounds a bit calous
- but often peeps who leave have relatively good chrs and will have amassed possessions and barr which will otherwise be lost to the game if they delete or even just abandon their chr to oblivion.
By donating to the guild, you will be helping your mates and putting what represents an aweful lot of hard work on your own behalf to further good use rather than just wasting it totally!
I can understand peeps not wanting to donate the actual character(s) they have built up, but possessions are impersonal and barr is always helpful to an active, growing guild!
What do people think? When I do hang up my bow for the last time, I will donate everything that I possess to the guild - not sure about the chr tho
- might give that to someone, might keep it - just in case
