Valid points made by all I would say. Micky, I understand where you are coming from and think it is a brilliant idea, but crafting is the key to all our aims. As of last night we had 1.9mill in the gs, I'm sure we may well have some more ready cash available with our crafters. But if we need 1.1mill in the GS at all times then we have a lot of crafting and material runs to do, to get us in a position to be able to purchase ess, items etc We may need some of our mid to low level crafters to chip in a little here......Bodge and Barinov can't do it all on their own, but as I said in my previous post, other crafters using same mats may create a lack of mats - and we are back where we started. I think we have made a good start already but the council need to make a decision on where we go from here, we are mainly online together (which is another bonus) so shouldnt be too difficult (but famous last words )

Not too sure of exact details - but i think guild owes several peeps money - notably V1. We should clear these debts completely and see what we have left. I agree, we should not get to the point where we cant keep the crafters in crafting mats, but we should be turning a reasonable profit now and generating a surplus to start putting it to use. I think it would be good if people started submitting requests for items that they require now so that we can start to get a clear piccy of what is needed, and, who-knows - some people may already have the desired items in their wh and be willing to donate or sell ata discount?

(fact) i have a very well kept list but no items have been donated to guild to match these and several guild hunts have failed due to lack of intrest or ideas.
i will post now a new list where people can request 3 ess and 3 non craftable weps to see if that works better

serjestion abt craftin profits.
ok say i took 100 copper and 100 basic leather
copper is 30 apc so 3000 barr of copper
B leather is 25 apc so 2500 barr of leather
total 5500 barr of mats.
i craft these and end up with 8000 barr after selling crafted items.
(this the idea now lol) put 5500 barr in to gs to cover cost of mats and put the
2500 barr profit into a guild money store chara.
use the money on this chara to buy items/ess etc.
the amount i know r exagerated but just for an example.
and amout could vairy. i.e put 7000 k into gs for mat and 1k into store chara. u get what i mean.
(this serjestion brought to u by skullo, amatur guild crafter in wep/armour/acessories.)

ok - was browsing through and thought id throw in my 2 cents. 1.) Ok already mentioned a reasonable amount of money needs to be contiuesly flowing to allow crafters to carry on crafting and capital to be raised. 2.) A thought into the future, what happens when bodge and Barinov hit 100 skill??? I know they're still gonna craft, but do you really think guys your gonna spend anywhere near the time crafting you are atm?? They have stats to raise and, unfortuently enough, crafting doesnt aid this. 3.) I agree with micky on the ess, i see it as pointless buying up these ess we need. We have enough tough members now to fight any mob in game together. If we flood an area and stick at it for a reasonable time (with no-one complaining or whimping out) we'll get the ess needed. Of course buying is still an option but i feel the money should be used for point 4..... 4.) Weapons!! Un-craftable weapons are deadly (bows in particualr) if we equip any one who can use, with a decent un-craftable wep then it will give them a significant boost in att. These, however, will not be cheap. M tags, in a word Excellent!! I can cut down the time it takes me to get .1 str by 1% (30-50 mins depending on mob) 1% may not seem like alot but.... 5% per str = 20 str ups a lvl knocked down to 4% = 25 str ups a lvl More stats per lvl, which can lead to hp bonuses at lvl up Key to remember - the harder your hitting a mob the faster your stats 5.) Upgrade items - Collect. does it matter what increase in df/at/whatever it gives you?? an increase is an increase, always helpfull to have. So any dropped - if u can spare guild will benifit. As for buying them - i would say yes to the more expensive ones, what they do is worth it. 6.) as for buying bone parts......keep dreaming (looks at 8mill bid for top) 7.) Spell upgrades definatley somthing to get when people need, AT,DB very cheap now (well in comparison to old prices) If some one needs i say we help get them. 8.) Pay back debts to people (enough said) 9.) the bank idea i would scratch, too risky - as already mentioned people may do a runner. 10.) The merit system sounds good Bar, with a little thought it would be the way to work it i feel. It would lead to a far more sociable guild and a much more helpfull one. if i think of anymore ill let you know

Thanks very much for the CoD guys, I will endeavour to use it wisely. Agree with Knifey about the essences, let's get out there and hunt the buggers. As regards crafting, I plan to virtually cease when I reach 100. I would say keep a float of 1 mill barr, say, for mats, until all crafting goals are reached.

Can i again point out the importance of having 'scb-m's guys. Dunno how many of you can use em but the advantage i gives in pvp is tremendous.
Dodge and casting DB is devastating....Then if the target chages cloths.... arrows start flying.
Buy them guys the more the better. For future use too.

I know Storm crafts already, Skullo had commenced crafting and has made good progress and I'm sure there are others who have 20+ skill tucked away somewhere As Knifey says...just my 2 cents worth.
