Hello Dear Somarians,
Well since the PK system changed I would like to give a few tips and hints how to not loose to much...
Anyone feel free to add your comments to this post.
Ok first of all, there are a few items which you should always carry around with you. These are:
Now we all know how the current system and if not check HERE.
Now the main questions are when to revive, when to warp and when is it worth using a Res Scroll.
The easiest question to answer is when to use a Res Scroll. These should really be used when you hit a certain level. They are pricey and only worth if stat gains are very slow. A level 30 for instance will gain stats very quickly making Res Scrolls not worth. I would say that scrolls should be used from level 50 onwards.
When to revive? This option needs to be thought of with care. The main problem with reviving is that griefing can be very damaging to a character. The follwing are events you may find yourself in:
The pker is strong and 1/2 your HP with just one hit:
Reviving is very risky. If you revive immediatly pot and feather and warp to town.
If the pker need 3 or more hits to kill:
Revive and immedialty pot and feather and if needed warp to town.
If the pker is a cheese wopper wimp and noob:
Revive and kick his head up his arse until he burps his own shit!!! Then tell your guild members and we all trace im and grief him to a stat 10 cheese wopper without a burger. Then i get to abuse him![/ul]
Now when to Warp? Warp anytime you have items you willing to risk to loose. If you have an item of great value for you do not warp else you might loose it (Rem hero armour cannot be dropped).
So at the end after reading this thread you got to choose, risk stats/skill and revive or warp and loose items.Your choice people, follow the basics listed on top and you shold on the whole be better off.
